Terms of service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. About iKeto

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website iKeto.co.uk (the "Website") and to any purchase you make through it.

iKeto.co.uk is operated by KetoPlugUK Ltd, trading as iKeto ("iKeto", "we", "us", "our"). KetoPlugUK Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We are a UK-based online retailer selling keto, low-carb and low-sugar food products, snacks and selected supplements.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. When you buy from us, you are contracting with KetoPlugUK Ltd trading as iKeto.

2. Using our website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Website by, anyone else. You must not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send harmful, false or misleading content.

When you place an order, create an account or contact us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for keeping any account login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Products and product information

We aim to make sure that product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, images and prices on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, manufacturers and suppliers may change their product information, formulations or packaging from time to time. For the most current information, including ingredients, allergen and nutritional information, always check the product packaging or label when you receive your order.

Product images on the Website are for illustration and the packaging you receive may differ from time to time.

We do not make any medical or health claims about the food products or supplements we sell beyond the information supplied with the product by its manufacturer. Nothing on the Website is intended to be medical advice. Our products are foodstuffs and food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any food supplement. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

4. Prices

All prices on the Website are displayed in pounds sterling (£ GBP). Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the checkout at the time you place your order. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

If we discover a genuine pricing error, we may contact you before dispatching your order to confirm the correct price, or cancel the order, as described in section 5.

5. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your order at the prices shown. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the items to you, or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order.

Occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order, for example where there is a stock issue, a genuine pricing or listing error, or we are otherwise unable to deliver the items ordered. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any payment taken for the items we cannot supply.

6. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process and dispatch your order. The payment methods we accept are displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is authorised and completed at checkout.

7. Delivery

Information about where we deliver, delivery charges and estimated delivery times is set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see the Shipping Policy for details of our order processing times and estimated delivery times for UK orders.

8. Cancellation and returns

Your statutory rights. When you buy online as a consumer, you generally have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, you must clearly tell us that you want to cancel within that 14-day period, for example by contacting us through our Contact page. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return the goods.

Exceptions that apply to food and consumables. Some of the products we sell are food items or other consumables. In certain circumstances the law does not allow the 14-day cancellation right to apply to them:

  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, where the exception applies under consumer law.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed or broken after delivery.

These exceptions apply only where the law allows them. They do not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, which remain fully protected (see section 9).

Our returns policy. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer our own returns policy, which you can find here: Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy explains the practical process for requesting a return and does not limit or reduce your statutory rights in any way.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have been sent the wrong item, your statutory consumer rights apply. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue, and we will put it right in accordance with the law — which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund under your statutory rights or our Refund Policy, we will process it in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Where the law requires a refund, we will make it using the original payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

11. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers. Any such offer may have its own additional terms, such as minimum order values, expiry dates or exclusions, which will be shown with the offer. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is live and while we have stated they apply. We may correct obvious errors in promotional pricing, and we may withdraw or amend a promotion where there is a genuine error.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including our branding, logos, text, images, graphics and other material, belongs to KetoPlugUK Ltd trading as iKeto or to our suppliers and licensors. You must not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand names, logos, images and product information supplied by the manufacturers of products we sell remain the property of those manufacturers or their licensors.

13. Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, or features and services provided by third parties (for example, payment processing or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, their content, or their own terms and privacy practices. Please check those third parties' terms and privacy notices before using their services.

14. Website availability

We aim to keep the Website available, accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the Website, or parts of it, for maintenance, business or operational reasons. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the Website.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under UK consumer law and nothing in these Terms affects those rights. Subject to the first paragraph of this section, we do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you for anything it would be unlawful for us to exclude.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, up to the limits permitted by law. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it would happen, or if both we and you knew it might happen when the contract was made.

If you use the Website or purchase from us for business purposes rather than as a consumer, then, subject to the first paragraph of this section, our liability to you will be limited as far as the law allows for business-to-business contracts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when the law or the way we run the business changes. The latest version will always be published on the Website with its "last updated" date. The Terms that apply to your order are the version published on the Website at the time you place the order.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except that if you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another part of the United Kingdom, you can also bring legal proceedings in your local courts, and nothing in this section restricts any mandatory rights you have under the local law that applies where you live.

18. Contact us

If you have a question about these Terms, an order, a product, or anything else relating to iKeto, please contact us through our Contact page. You can also view our published contact details on our Contact information policy.

For information about how we handle your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
