Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
- During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
We currently ship to customers throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, customs inspections (where applicable), or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers or warehouses. You may receive separate tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different days.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at iketo1@outlook.com. We will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at iketo1@outlook.com. We will work with the courier and our suppliers to investigate the issue and provide an update.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are generally not subject to additional customs charges. If any unexpected duties or taxes are imposed, these remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
